The House Appropriations Committee mark of the fiscal 2020 Homeland Security Appropriations bill was voted out of committee on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 by a vote of 29-20. The appropriations bill would provide $12 billion for the U.S. Coast Guard, $894 million above the FY20 budget request.
